Cuochi, camerieri e baristi: oltre 820 nuovi addetti nelle attività di ristorazione
In arrivo nuove agevolazioni destinate alle imprese della ristorazione con il Fondo eccellenze della gastronomia. Ristoranti, bar, pasticcerie e gelaterie potranno ottenere fino a 30mila euro di contributi per acquistare macchinari professionali e beni strumentali o per assumere giovani con contratto di apprendistato.
Le domande potranno essere presentate a partire da venerdì 1 marzo, fino ad esaurimento dei fondi stanziati dal Ministero dell’Agricoltura. “Per questo invitiamo le imprese interessate a mettersi tempestivamente in contatto con i nostri uffici” annuncia il direttore di Confcommercio Provincia di Pisa Federico Pieragnoli. “Stiamo parlando di un’opportunità davvero interessante per i professionisti della ristorazione, che mette a disposizione agevolazioni a fondo perduto fino al 70%. Un’occasione da cogliere per tutte le imprese del settore che intendono fare investimenti per l’attività o hanno in programma di assumere apprendisti, peraltro in un momento dell’anno dove la richiesta di personale sarà ben maggiore visto l’approssimarsi della stagione estiva”.
“Nella provincia di Pisa la richiesta è di quasi 5.500 lavoratori per il comparto dei servizi, di cui 820 addetti soltanto per le attività di ristorazione. Numeri che ricalcano l’andamento nazionale: secondo le stime Fipe-Confcommercio saranno 172.440 le assunzioni previste nella ristorazione tra febbraio e aprile di quest’anno, il 13% in più rispetto allo stesso trimestre del 2023, mentre allargando lo sguardo all’intero settore del turismo, ci sarà bisogno di 246.270 addetti nel periodo preso in considerazione. In testa tra le figure professionali più ricercate si confermano i camerieri, con oltre 65mila profili nel trimestre febbraio – aprile, oltre ai cuochi, con 41.720 assunzioni previste e i baristi con oltre 23.900 posti da coprire”.
